When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to be seated by 4:45 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly, and entry will close at that time.

May I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re only able to host guests whose names appear on the invitation. If a plus-one is included, it will be listed on your RSVP. Thank you for understanding, we’re so excited to celebrate together!

What should I wear?

Answer

We encourage guests to dress up for the occasion! Formal attire is appropriate, suits, tuxes, gowns, and floor-length dresses are all welcome.

Will children be in attendance?

Answer

As much as we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We hope this gives you the chance to enjoy a fun and relaxing evening with us.

Will transportation to the ceremony be provided?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary shuttle service will be available to and from the ceremony and reception for guests staying at the Kimpton Claret and Hilton Garden Inn Denver Tech Center. Shuttle schedules will be shared closer to the wedding weekend.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Parking will be available at the venue, with limited valet service offered. Rideshare services are also readily available from The Sanctuary for easy transportation.

Will the Ceremony/ Reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding celebration will take place in both indoor and outdoor spaces, so we recommend dressing in layers to stay comfortable as you move between settings. Light jackets, wraps, or shawls are a great option to ensure you enjoy every part of the day.
