FAQs

The Wedding Website of Nancy Lewonchuk and Jacob Hebert
Question

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

We are asking that all RSVPs be sent by March 28, 2026. RSVPs must be in by this date to finalize details with the caterer and determine how much seating is needed for the wedding.

Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We are kindly asking our guests to refrain from wearing shades of white, red, or blue as the wedding party will be wearing these colors. We’d love for our family and friends to dress up and celebrate with us! Our dress code is Garden Party Formal—think polished, elegant, and perfect for an outdoor party. For men, this means a suit in light or classic tones with dress shoes (bonus points for a fun tie or pocket square). For women, think midi or maxi dresses or a dressy jumpsuit—florals, pastels, and bright, happy colors are all welcome—paired with heels, wedges, or elegant flats. No need to stress about matching a rulebook—just be weather-smart, feel fancy, and stay comfortable enough to dance, laugh, and make memories with us!

Question

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.

Question

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors, at the Kidstone Pavillion at the Fellows Riverside Gardens. Ladies - please be cautious with heels! The reception will follow and be both indoors and outdoors on the premises, at the Garden Cafe.

Question

How do I get to and from the Wedding Venue?

Answer

If you do not have access to a vehicle, we recommend using rideshare apps like Lyft or Uber!

Question

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins - that way, everyone has time to park, walk to the ceremony space, find their seat, and settle in before we say "I do." The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and we want to make sure no one misses the moment.

Question

What if I Have Food Allergies or Dietary Restrictions?

Answer

When you are submitting your RSVP, please indicate if you have a dietary restriction of any kind so we can accommodate you.

Question

Are the Ceremony and Reception at the Same Place?

Answer

Yes! The reception hall is about a three-minute walk to the reception location! Enjoy the beautiful greenery and landscape on your way down!

Question

Can I Bring My Children?

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request you leave those under the age of 16 at home, unless their name is indicated on your invitation. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Question

Is parking available on site?

Answer

Yes, parking is available and free! There are no time limits or fees for parking as the park is publicly owned. The parking lot is about a 2-3 minute walk to the ceremony space.

Question

Can I Take Pictures During the Ceremony?

Answer

We're asking guests to honor our unplugged ceremony - that means no phones, cameras, or tablets during the ceremony itself. Our photographer and videographer will capture everything, and we'll happily share the photos with you later. Once the reception begins, feel free to take all the photos and videos your heart desires.

Question

What kinds of food will be served?

Answer

We're excited to share that we will be doing a buffet-style dinner. Please check back here as time goes on for more specific details on what we will be serving. There will also be a dessert table and snacks to munch on while you sip drinks and wait for dinner to be served. *** If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP - we'll do our best to accommodate you! ***

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We'll be offering a variety of canned drinks (think beer, seltzers, etc), plus a few of signature cocktails to keep the celebration flowing. Please drink responsibly, follow any venue guidelines, and have a DD or Uber to get you home safely if need be. We're keeping things relaxed and fun, and there will be plenty to enjoy!
