We recommend wearing dressy casual attire. E.g.; Button-down shirts, polos, sports coats, blazers, relaxed pants (chinos, khakis; no jeans), cocktail dresses, sundress, midi-dress, or jumpsuits. We want you to feel your best!
Due to the location being in downtown Fredericksburg, there is street parking available near the venue. The streets surrounding the Kenmore, Lewis Street and Princess Anne Street, offer ample parking.
Yes, we will have beer and wine served during cocktail hour, dinner, and at the reception. ***No outside alcohol is permitted on the property. Per the venue's contract, if found with outside alcohol you will be charged a fee and escorted off the premises.***
The ceremony begins at 5:00 so please be at the venue by 4:45 for ample time to park and be seated. You may enter the Inn through the front doors and be guided by a venue employee to the ceremony location.
Due to the forecasted rain, the ceremony will be held in the yellow room on the main floor. Cocktail hour will be held downstairs. Dinner will be served in the ballroom upstairs and dancing will take place in the lower level.
We ask that you please silence and put away your cell phones during the ceremony. We have our fantastic photographer, Victoria, to capture our ceremony so that all of our guests can enjoy and be fully present. Please feel free to use your cellphones to take photos during the reception, we will be sharing an album for guests to upload and share the memories they capture!
