We have given careful consideration and have decided to do a consumption bar. We will designate a specific amount to the bar and when that amount is reached the bar will be cash/credit. This does not include cocktail hour, it will be cash/credit. Please remember to bring cash to tip our lovely bartenders, they will be working very hard to make everyone’s night memorable.
All invited guests will be listed on your invitation. If your invitation says you and guest, you are welcome to bring whomever you choose. Otherwise we kindly ask you to attend unaccompanied due to limited space, we can only accommodate our closest friends and family. We thank you for your understanding.
Our venue is a beautiful working ranch, the ceremony is outside and the reception will be inside their stunning saloon style barn. The property is made up of gravel and grass. There will be corn hole and fire pits outside. We want everyone to be comfortable in what you choose to wear, dress up or down as you like.
This is an all in one venue, there is a giant parking lot for everyone. When you come down the gravel road the saloon will be on your left and the red barn is on the right. Make a right in front of the red barn and the parking lot is right there.
We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to ensure we can start on time. While you are there please mingle with the rest of of our friends and family and get to know one another. I promise we will be starting on time!
We have decided to not do a traditional registry, and opt for a Travel Fund instead. The travel fund is linked on our site. There will also be a card box available if you choose to bring a card.
We do have a lovely professional photographer capturing our day. We ask that you please do not use cell phones or cameras during or ceremony. Feel free to take as many during our reception. We will have instant cameras scattered throughout as well.
