What should I wear to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Please wear Garden Formal Attire. This falls somewhere between semi-formal and cocktail attire and encourages pastels, light colors and breathable fabrics. For women, think midi dresses, flowy dresses and floral prints. Do consider a chunky heel for walking on the lawn! For men, suits in lighter hues or a blazer.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony (1:45pm) to allow yourself time to get settled. The church is in downtown Tampa and traffic and parking can be unpredictable.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Sacred Heart Catholic Church: There is no dedicated lot. If you are driving, please view details on parking at the church's website below: https://sacredheartfla.org/sunday-mornings/parking-at-sacred-heart/ Davis Island Garden Club: There's plenty of parking at the venue and overflow available next door at the Marina for no charge.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we ask that this be an adult only event due to space restrictions at the venue.
