Question

Where should we stay if we aren't staying at one of the hotels?

Answer

There are plenty of AirBnB options throughout the city. The venue for the entire wedding is in the Warehouse District, right next to the Central Business District. If you find a place in the Warehouse District or CBD you won't have to hassle with transportation. Other great places/areas to stay are Mid-City, Uptown, and the Garden District and Lower Garden District. Everything is relatively close-within a 5-10 minute drive.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 6th; we need to confirm our hard numbers with our vendors to make sure we are fully prepared for everyone!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 6:30-7pm to The Civic. We'll begin promptly at 7pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

PLEASE! Let us know on the RSVP page if you have any allergies; we are already working on accommodating those with our caterers but need to make sure everyone's allergies are considered.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We do not have any official transportation to and from the ceremony. Uber/Lyfts are super easy and quick to take if you need transportation, as well as pedi-cabs.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

There are a few kids at the wedding but those are ones directly related to us. We wish we could invite everyone. If you are bringing your kids with you, please let us know! We have a bunch of connections to babysitters and nannies and would love to help coordinate coverage for you so you can have a great night out with us!
