Been a little sister since birth, and a pain in Heidi's butt for almost as long :) With almost 20 years of experience at Heidi's beck and call, I was an obvious choice the Maid of Honor role! Nobody can beat my skill in fetching chargers, making her snacks, and replying back to her texts when her hands are busy.

It was 2002, and Jake had just moved to Geneseo from Connecticut. To add to the confusion of young 7-year-old Jake as he navigated a new school, he met someone with the same name - Jacob. Yet from that day forward, Jacob and Jake would be attached at the hip. Throughout elementary school, Jake could always be found at Jacob's house - whether it was playing with legos, in the backyard creek, or riding bikes, they were together. Their athletic careers took over their high school lives, but their friendship only grew stronger. When they both moved to Massachusetts in 2019 - Jake for grad school, and Jacob and Heidi for their careers - they made time to spend together. During this time, Heidi managed to win over Jake with a simple batch of homemade cookies and good conversation. It was apparent to Jake how lucky Jacob was to have met Heidi in his life. The three would continue to spend time together playing games and eating Heidi's delicious creations whenever possible.
