Welcome Picnic

Casual and playful!

BYO-Picnic open to all! We will all be at the community center doing wedding prep, grilling out and kicking off the weekend of celebration! There will be lawn games, music, etc. Folks will be grilling out, if you want to join in, please do and bring your own picnic! Or if you want to eat at the Mariner North and then come hang out, we'll be thrilled to see you either way.

Rehearsal Dinner

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

"Copper Harbor Nice"

Snappy-casual. Think sun dresses (or sweater dresses, depending on the weather), jean jackets, khakis and clean shirts. Chacos and Crocs are absolutely allowed.

Our Ceremony

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Formal, but playful.

We encourage you to leave your vehicles and walk from your lodging accommodations to the ceremony. Copper Harbor is a small, walking friendly town. There is a nice, one mile, gravel bike/walk trail along US Hwy 41 from town to the historic Fort Wilkins. If you choose to walk or bike, enter the park at the Fanny Hoe Creek Entrance. If you decide to drive, Michigan recreational passes are required to enter the park ($9 out-of-state day pass, $11 annual in-state pass). Car must enter at the main entrance (past the Fanny Hoe Creek entrance). Please be aware and take this into consideration as you make transportation plans to the ceremony. Please courteously leave the parking space at the Fanny Hoe Creek/Lighthouse Lookout parking lot for bridal party member, handicap guests & photographers/videographer.

Casual

We'd love for close friends and family to stop by Sunday morning for a hot breakfast or grab some sweet bread and coffee for the road! The newlyweds will be opening their wedding gifts at this time. Come dressed for a day of adventure in the Harbor or travel home, we'll appreciate you just the same!
