Local Transportation

All of the events will take place within a 10-15 minute drive. That being said, there is no public transportation so driving will be your best bet. That means either renting a car or ride-sharing (Uber/Lyft etc.). The Brentwood hotel block is about 10 minutes from the wedding venue and reception, and about 20 from the airport. Ubering is a good option, but if you want more mobility, it would be smart to rent a car. Also keep in mind that many people attending will be local, so you might be able to get a ride with another guest. For those attending the rehearsal dinner, this will be held downtown at City Winery. This is a short commute from a downtown location and about 20 minutes from Brentwood.

Travel Note

Hotels

We have Hotel Blocks (found on this page) in Brentwood. These locations all have restaurants and coffee shops etc. that are walkable from the hotel. These all have a good proximity to the wedding events, and are about a 15 minute drive to downtown. You must book 30 days prior to the wedding to get the block rate. If you would prefer to stay downtown we recommend the Gulch neighborhood. This is a walkable part of downtown with lots of bars and restaurants. The price will be significantly higher here, but it is a great place to stay if you want to explore Nashville on your own, and it has good proximity to all the wedding events
