Please RSVP through the RSVP section of our website by JULY 1, 2026. To locate your invitation, enter your name exactly as it appears on the invitation. Please note that adult children may be listed under their own invitation entry rather than with their parents' household. For your convenience, you may choose to receive an email confirmation once your RSVP has been submitted. We kindly ask that all RSVPs are submitted by JULY 1, 2026 so we can finalize details with our venue and vendors.
Formal attire is requested. We encourage guests to dress in elegant, dressy wedding attire in celebration of the day.
Please refer to your invitation for the names of those included in your party. In order to finalize seating arrangements and honor our commitments with our caterer and other vendors, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation.
Our ceremony is planned to be held outdoors on the North Lawn of the winery under the pergola. In the event of inclement weather, it will be moved indoors to the Box Elder Hall also located onsite at the Crow River Winery.
We kindly ask that guests remain present and enjoy our ceremony. You're welcome to take photos during the reception and after the ceremony.
We have reserved hotel room blocks for our guests. Please visit the Travel page for hotel information and booking instructions. The Orange Spectacular is also taking place in Hutchinson this weekend, so we encourage guests to book accommodations early. If you have any trouble finding a room, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Yes! Complimentary shuttle service provided by Red, Whites, and Brews Inc. and will be available between the designated hotels and the venue. Shuttle schedules and additional details will be shared closer to the wedding date.
Yes, guests may leave their vehicles overnight at the venue if needed and take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service to the designated hotels. Please plan accordingly for retrieving your vehicle the following morning, as transportation back to the venue will not be provided.
