FAQs

The Wedding Website of Colbie Grace Frazier and Jacob Eugene Blackwell
To make your arrival as smooth as possible, our venue has provided the guide above with directions, parking information and important notes about the property. Please take a moment to review it, and scroll on for additional FAQs related to our wedding day. If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out to Colbie at 336-268-5291.
Question

When should guests arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 6:00pm. We kindly ask guests to arrive between 5:50-6:00pm. Please plan to arrive no more than 10 minutes before the ceremony begins. Our mountain venue is reserved specifically for our ceremony time, and this also helps us preserve a special moment before I walk down the aisle.

Question

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking area available for guests, followed by a brief walk to the ceremony site. There is also a small lot closer to the venue with limited spaces that will be reserved for the bride and grandparents who need the accommodation. We kindly ask that guests use the main parking area. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are kindly asking that all phones and other devices be tucked away during the ceremony so that all guests can be fully present with us during this time. We have a photographer capturing it all and we promise to share photos with you all. Once the ceremony concludes, please feel free to take as many photos as you would like and celebrate with us! When posting, make sure to use our hashtag on social media! #BecomingBlackwell

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to very limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you have received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed on your invitation envelope and appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we ask that only the named guests in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you kindly RSVP by May 9. When responding, please indicate whether you will be attending the ceremony, reception dinner, or both events. If responding for multiple guests in your party, please include a response for each individual. You can do so by clicking the RSVP tab at the top of the page. If you are unable to attend, we completely understand and you will definitely be missed. We would still greatly appreciate you selecting "not attending" so that we can finalize arrangements.

Question

Are you registered? If so, where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift, especially for all traveling to be with us. For friends and family who have asked, we have included a registry tab on our website for your convenience. If you feel led, a contribution toward our honeymoon fund would be a sweet way to help us create memories as we begin this next chapter together!
