Our first photo together was at Scheid, one of Claire's (and now Jake's) favorite wine tasting rooms in Carmel-by-the-Sea

We coordinated turtle outfits to visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium when it finally re-opened to the public.

Seeing NEEDTOBREATHE in concert was one of our favorite dates not only because we love the music, but we'd both completed our theses!

If you didn't know, we met in a study group at Naval Postgraduate School. We eventually achieved academic success, and today you're celebrating our romantic success!

Harpoon Brewery is on Claire's must-visit if you go to Boston, especially if you like a soft pretzel! It was the second stop for our trip there during transfer leave after NPS.
