We would love everyone to RSVP by Saturday, June 20th. We are requesting everyone to RSVP through the physical RSVP card that was mailed with your formal invitation. If you have not responded by this date we will unfortunately have to mark you down as 'not attending'. We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide our exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean there will be no seating, food, or beverage accommodations for you).
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please choose "Will NOT Attend" on the RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you can no longer make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.
The wedding will take place on Friday, July 17th, 2026 at 4:30pm at the Woodcliff Hotel and Spa. Ceremony and Reception will both be taking place here.
Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outdoors. The reception will be indoors at the Event Center at the same location.
We would love to see all our friends and family dressed up for our big day! We kindly request that guests wear summer cocktail attire which they find themselves comfortable in. Ladies, you may wear knee-length, midi, or floor-length dresses. No skirts or mid-thigh short dresses, and kindly stay away from any shades of white or red, please. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear linen shirts, suits, or a blazer with dress pants. Ties are welcome but not required. Kindly stay away from jeans or shorts, please. We kindly request no extra guests at our wedding. Only those named on your invitation are invited to help us create an intimate celebration with our close friends and family. Your invite will be made out to “(Your Name) & Guest” if a plus one is given to you. Thank you for understanding!
While we would love to have your children celebrate with us, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration with the exception of some immediate family and older children which will be listed on your invitation. Since the wedding will be taking place at the hotel, there will no means of transportation. If you decide to lodge elsewhere, please find a ride with someone or rent a vehicle. Thank you for understanding!
Please arrive at the ceremony by 4:00pm to ensure you are comfortably seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that all phones & cameras be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will share with you. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like. Please do and send them to us, different perspectives of the day are greatly appreciated!
Yes, but only for 4 hours. During those hours, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you- get ready to celebrate but please be responsible while doing so! 5:00-6:00pm Open Bar during Cocktail Hour 6:30-8:00pm Bar Closed during Formalities 8:00-10:00pm Bar Open during Dinner & Dancing 10:00-11:00pm Bar Closed *Outside these hours there is a bar indoors at the Woodcliff until 12:00am
