Since 1928, Encinitas’ original hometown theatre and San Diego’s oldest. We like to walk from home to the theatre to catch some old school screenings or Studio Ghibli Japanese animation films.

La Paloma Theatre

Jacob's best man, Christian Ecker, is one of the winemakers at Orfila. We love to visit him, enjoy the landscape and sip on some yummy Sauvignon Blanc.

Orfila Vineyards and Winery

Jacob grew up going to this beach and now we get to enjoy it together. We live 3 blocks up the road and trail along the coast daily! This playa is a really special place for us and the rest of the Gonzalez familia!

Swami's Beach

The most gorgeous hike in town! This one is real spectacular for the lungs... and view! ;-)
