If you know that you're coming to the wedding, please RSVP as soon as possible! If you aren't sure about your availability yet, we request that you do so at least 2 months prior to the wedding (September 8th, 2026). You can RSVP through this website under the "RSVP" section.
Due to many factors, we respectfully request that only children who are involved in the wedding party are in attendance. Otherwise, we hope that this is an opportunity to enjoy a date night, and appreciate you making prior arrangements.
We strongly encourage everyone to wear autumnal and jewel-toned colors in semi-formal attire. We are hoping for the ceremony and reception to be outdoors, but there will be an indoor area available that we can shift the setting to depending on what the climate is looking like a few weeks out from the wedding. Please check the weather before you travel to ensure you are dressed appropriately! Additionally, please do not wear white during the weekend.
The venue has a parking lot, with plenty of space available. We will also be providing a shuttle for guests to take to and from the venue during the ceremony/reception in coordination with one of the hotels under the "Travel" section. Once this is finalized, we will update the information on the website.
In the spirit of accommodating everyone's dietary restrictions, we will be serving dinner at the reception buffet-style. This way, you can eat whatever you would like to at your own leisure. We will make sure that all food options are clearly labeled for relevant dietary restrictions. Please let us know directly if someone in your party has an allergy and is worried about cross-contamination.
There will be unlimited drinks provided at the wedding based on what we provide to our bartenders. There will also be a few signature cocktails and "mocktails" (non-alcoholic drinks) for those who are interested!
Though the ceremony begins at 4:00pm, we request that guests arrive no later than 3:30pm to make your way through the venue and take your seats. The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:00pm, and ushers will be present to help guide you to the woodlands ceremony location (a 5-10 minute walk from the parking lot). For anyone who is unable to walk to the location, a golf cart will take you to the location directly.
There will be a cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception during which guests may grab a drink, snack on some hors d'oeuvres, snap some photos, and explore the venue!
During the ceremony, we request that you put away your phones so that we can see what really matters to us -- the faces of our friends and family! You may take as many pictures as you like throughout the cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. However, we encourage you to be mindful and present first to enjoy the memories in the moment.
We have reserved a room block at a few hotels near the venue. Please check out the "Travel" section to learn which hotels we booked room blocks for. There are other hotels and AirBnbs available nearby as well.
The airport that's closest to the venue is the Salisbury Regional Airport (SBY), and there are a few rental car services in-town that you could take a rideshare or taxi to if you want to rent a car for the weekend. This is likely the more expensive, but also the more convenient, of your options. Otherwise, we recommend flying into the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), or Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). Each of them is approximately 2 hours away from the venue by car, without factoring in traffic, rush hour, etc. These are likely the less convenient, but less expensive of your options. We encourage friends and families to think about carpooling to Salisbury together, and appreciate the distance all of our loved ones are traveling. Whether you are local or from California, you make the wedding extra special!
By far the shortest route from your airport to the venue requires crossing the Chesapeake Bay Bridge - there's a toll and it can take ~10 minutes to cross. The bridge is relatively high up, and if you choose to fly into either of these airports and *don't* want to cross the bridge, your drive will be extended by 1.5-2 hours to divert from it. Flying into PHL avoids crossing the Bay Bridge entirely, and your drive would be about 2.5 hours long.
