We know planning for a wedding weekend can bring up lots of little questions, so we’ve put together this section to help make things simple. Here you’ll find answers to common details—like attire, parking, travel, and more. If you don’t see your question answered here, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’d love to help however we can!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by December 31, 2025, so our vendors can be fully prepared for the big weekend. You can submit your RSVP right here on our website under the RSVP tab.

Question

What happens if I don’t RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

While we would love to have all of our loved ones with us, we understand that travel and schedules can be tricky. On January 1st, If we haven’t heard from you, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend and will miss celebrating with you. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept RSVPs after this date.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We wish we could celebrate with all of our friends and loved ones, but due to space, we’re only able to invite those listed on your RSVP. When you visit our wedding website to reply, you’ll see the names of everyone included in your invitation. We’re so excited to celebrate with you!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are warmly invited to share in our special day. Please list their names when you RSVP. While there won’t be a nursery or childcare during the ceremony, there will be plenty of space in the lobby and restrooms to meet any needs. We look forward to celebrating with you and your little ones!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to dress up and celebrate with us! Semi-formal to formal attire is perfect — think suits, midi or maxi length dresses, or dress pants with an elegant top. Floor-length gowns or tuxedos are welcome, and we kindly ask that no jeans be worn. In keeping with the church’s guidelines, we kindly ask that attire be modest, avoiding plunging necklines or excessively bare clothing, and that gentlemen remove hats while in the sanctuary.

Question

Are the ceremony and the reception at the same location?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place at separate venues. The ceremony is at Covenant Presbyterian Church and the reception is at the Ruby. The reception location is about a 15–20 minute drive from the ceremony. More information including addresses to each venue is on our website under the Timeline tab and RSVP tab.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM on Saturday, and we kindly ask that guests plan to arrive about 30 minutes early to get settled and find a seat. There will be plenty of seating available for everyone.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking available at both the ceremony and the reception venues, so you won’t need to worry about finding a spot. Parking is complimentary and just steps from the entrance at each location.

Question

Will transportation be provided from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, but there is ample parking available at both venues to ensure ease for our guests. You may choose to drive to both the ceremony and reception or arrange to carpool from the reception venue. Please note that cars cannot be left at the ceremony site after the conclusion of the ceremony.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We’re so glad you’ll be with us—and we’d love to help make sure you can enjoy every moment (and bite!). When you RSVP on our wedding website, there’s a place for you to let us know about any dietary restrictions you might have. While we can’t promise to fulfill every request, we’ll do our very best—and if something isn’t possible, we’ll let you know well in advance.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We truly cherish your presence and friendship above all else, and, as we begin this next chapter together, your prayers mean the world to us. For those who have asked, we are registered at Amazon, Williams Sonoma, and Walmart—feel free to explore the links under our Registries tab on our wedding website.
