Groom
Jacob Webster is the son of Jimmy and Delsie Webster who have been married for 24 years and have four children together. He is a Christian Studies Major at Bluefield College who has a calling to ministry. He is still deciding his post-graduation plans but knows he will eventually enroll at a Southern Baptist seminary.
Amber Gurganus
Bride
Amber Gurganus is the only child of Edward and Lois Gurganus who have been married for 26 years. She is a soon-to-graduate senior at Bluefield College with a pursuit of a degree in interdisciplinary Studies which is a fancy way of saying she wants to be an elementary school teacher. Amber is fully supportive of Jacob's call to ministry which has been an immense help for him.
Jimmy Webster
Best Man
Jacob has somehow known this man his entire life. But really, I couldn't ask for a better best man but even more important a better father. He knows how appreciative I am of all he's done for me.
Kaylee Webster
Maid of Honor
Kaylee is Jacob's younger sister and will be a sophomore at Averett University. She is basically already Amber's sister too.
Stephen Webster
Groomsman
Stephen is Jacob's favorite brother (sibling) and yes we know that we look alike. He will be a middle schooler by the time of the wedding.
Lauren McCray

Lauren is Jacob's older sister and has really helped Amber and Jacob along the way as they have been wedding prepping/planning.
Charles Drake
Groomsman
Charles (CJ) is the youth pastor at Parkview Baptist Church and is currently pursuing his Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Leighia Drake
Bridesmaid
Leighia is married to CJ and is the leader of TeamKids and tutoring at Parkview Baptist Church through which she and Amber became closer. She is a teacher in the Tazewell County School System and is a mentor to Amber.
Chris Johnson
Groomsman
Chris and Jacob have gotten closer through serving together on the Bluefield College Ministries team as well as the shared classes they've had as Christian Studies Majors. Chris is very active in Young Life as a staff person in the Blue Ridge Area.
Ally Carter

Jacob and Amber met Ally their first semester at Bluefield College and have remained friends throughout! We are so thankful for Ally's constant friendship
Evan Abbey
Groomsman
Evan and Jacob have gotten close through their involvement in the Bluefield Collegiate Ministries team and leading a men's bible study on campus. Evan is planning on entering the medical missions field once he graduates from Bluefield College.
Sarah Westfall
Bridesmaid
Jacob and Amber met Sarah their first semester at Bluefield College and have always felt the joy that shines from Sarah. Sarah has been a great encouragement for Amber as they both seek to achieve degrees in Education from Bluefield.
Dylan Thomas
Groomsman
Dylan is Amber's cousin but more like an older brother to her. He has a degree in English Education from Longwood University and has eventual plans to teach English in Spain.
Hannah Sawyer

Amber used to babysit Hannah for roughly three years during the summer until she was old enough to stay at home alone (as Amber is holding back tears). Hannah will be in ninth grade when we have the wedding.
Gustavo Gomez
Groomsman
Nosotros no querĂamos Gustavo en la boda. Just kidding. Goose and Jacob have been best friends since Fall 2016 when Goose came to Bluefield. Goose is pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice from Bluefield College.
Bekah Ivester
Musician
Bekah is an alumna of Bluefield College where she obtained a degree in Music with emphasis on Church Music. She is soon to be in Spain for a six month trip to be a worship leader. She will be providing the music throughout the ceremony, so we figured she deserved a spot here.
