Our wedding will take place on Friday July 10th, 2026 at Shady Elms Farm in Hickory, PA.
The ceremony will begin at 4pm. We highly recommend arriving at least 20 minutes early to find your seat and get settled!
Our ceremony will take place outdoors under a covered pavilion, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour. The reception will move indoors for dinner and dancing!
Our dress code is formal attire. Men are invited to wear suits or tuxes, and women are encouraged to wear elegant, floor-length or formal cocktail dresses. Since the cocktail hour is outdoors, we recommend women avoid stiletto heels and opt for block heels, wedges, or flats. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone dressed up and ready to celebrate!
We’ve included plus-ones for guests by invitation only. If your invitation allows a guest, it will be noted. Thank you for helping us keep the day intimate and special!
We’re so happy to celebrate with little ones! While we love all the children of our friends and family, we are only able to accommodate the children listed on each invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding!
Yes! There is onsite, dedicated parking across from our venue, just a short walk up the driveway to the ceremony space. Guests are welcome to drive up to drop off others and then park in the lot down the way.
Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at two local hotels. We recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton Pittsburgh-Southpointe for closer proximity to our venue and the Lantzman family. For those interested in a more extended stay or who would like to stay closer to the Kaplan family, we recommend the Crowne Plaza Suites Pittsburgh South by IHG.
