Travel Note
If you’re flying in, plan to book into Denver International Airport (DEN), about a 45–60 minute drive from Longmont. We recommend renting a car for your stay, as it will make getting to your hotel, exploring the area, and attending weekend events much easier. That said, if you won’t have a car, no worries! Uber and Lyft are available from the airport to Longmont, and once you’re in town, you’ll be able to get around between Longmont, Lyons, and Boulder throughout the weekend.
Shuttle
July 10, 2026 3:15 pm - 10:30 pm
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided for guests staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Boulder Longmont and Residence Inn Boulder Longmont on Friday, July 10. Shuttles will depart from the Courtyard by Marriott Boulder Longmont and provide transportation to and from Lionscrest Manor. The Courtyard and Residence Inn share a parking lot and are less than a one-minute walk apart, so guests staying at either hotel are welcome to board at the Courtyard. To the Venue -Boarding begins at approximately 3:15 PM -Shuttles depart promptly at 3:30 PM Return to the Hotel -Early return shuttle: 9:45 PM -Final return shuttle (following the grand exit): Approximately 10:35 PM
