If you’ll be in town on Thursday evening, we’d love to kick off the weekend with you! We’re planning a casual welcome get-together with drinks for anyone arriving early. The location is TBD, but it will be somewhere easy and fun for gathering. More details to come as we get closer!
Unless your invitation lists your children, we kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements and enjoy a fun night out! If this prevents you from being able to attend, please contact us, we completely understand and are happy to chat about options.
You know the bride wants all the photos - just not during the ceremony, please. We’re keeping it unplugged for that part so everyone can be present in the moment. Once we’re back down the aisle, feel free to snap and share away!
Yes! We will provide shuttle transportation to and from Lionscrest Manor from the Marriott hotels where we’ve reserved room blocks for our guests. Details and timing will be shared closer to the wedding date, but rest assured, we’ve got you covered so you can sip, dance, and celebrate without worrying about the mountain drive.
Yes, Uber and Lyft do service the Lyons area, including Lionscrest Manor. However, we’ve been told they can be verrrrrrry slow and limited, especially late at night. If you plan to use rideshare, please allow extra time and plan accordingly. For the smoothest experience, we highly recommend using the provided shuttle transportation.
Yes! There is free parking available at Lionscrest Manor. You’re also welcome to leave your car overnight if needed and catch the shuttle back to the Marriott hotels.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for transportation drop-off, grab some champagne, find your seat, and soak in the views.
It’s Colorado in July, which means sunshine, possible mountain breezes, and maybe a surprise sprinkle. The ceremony will be outdoors, so dress accordingly and wear shoes you can walk in comfortably on grass.
Lyons sits at a higher elevation than many places, so if you’re traveling from out of state (which most of you are 😊), hydrate early and often, eat before you drink, and remember that Colorado cocktails can hit a little differently. Pace yourself… or don’t.
Our theme is Disco Garden Party, so think bold colors, fun prints, and maybe a little sparkle. If it makes you feel fabulous and ready to hit the dance floor, you’re on the right track.
Literally anyone other than the bride and groom - thanks :)
If you’re sticking around through Saturday, so are we! We’re planning something casual and outdoors in the Longmont area on Saturday, possibly at a local brewery, for anyone still in town. More details to come as we get closer!
