A block of rooms was reserved for you and your guest at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. However, our contracted room block has now ended, meaning our dedicated link and discount code will no longer work. If you are still needing lodging, we recommend that you check the hotels availability online or by phone in case there are any rooms that become available. For those who reserved their room under our room block, the following information previously stated may be useful during your stay; The reserved nights are Thursday, May 14th, and Friday, May 15th, with the option to extend or shorten your stay if needed. Use our link to book, or call the hotel (ext. option 3) and provide the code TMW to receive the group discount. Please note, the last day to reserve under our room block is April 14, 2026. Flying into CLT

Shelby is about 45 miles west of Charlotte (roughly a 1-hour drive). If you’re flying into Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), rental cars or rideshares are the easiest way to get there. Shelby is a small, charming town—downtown has a few local restaurants and coffee spots if you arrive early.

Shuttle

Wedding Day Transportation

We’ve arranged convenient shuttle service for all guests, departing from Fairfield Inn & Suites Shelby. To the Ceremony & Reception Location: Shuttle service will be provided by four 14-passenger executive vans. The vans will arrive at the hotel at 4:00 PM and will depart promptly for the venue at 4:30 PM. During and After the Reception: At 8:00 PM, two 12-passenger shuttles will provide transportation to the after-party location or back to the hotel. Guests are welcome to drive to the hotel and use the shuttles—enjoy the evening without worrying about parking or transportation! Shuttle Services provided by: Van in Black
