"I'm tired, just tell me what's most convenient" This is walking distance to the venue so the main limiting factor to getting to bed at night should just be not falling out of the gondola. They don't do blocks unfortunately so we can't save rooms but it's available through several sites right now for ~$250-300/night. Distance to venue: 3 minute walk

"Can we bring our dog?" We've stayed here and liked it - it's a cleaned up/renovated motel but feels nice and has a cute little coffee shop/seating area. Also walkable to the lakeside and some restaurants. Distance to venue: 8 min drive

"But is there also a hot tub..." Standard hotel, nothing too crazy but affordable + nice outdoor hot tub. Distance to venue: 7 min drive

"Screw it, I want to splurge on something bougie" Personally too broke to have stayed here but it looks delightful. We've had brunch at the restaurant here (Maggie's) a few times which is a great time. Distance to venue: 8 min drive

Reno-Tahoe International Airport

This is the closest airport to drive from. About an hour and 10 minute drive to the venue from here.

SFO - San Francisco International Airport

SFO has the most direct flight options, but is about a four hour drive. Would recommend flying into Reno if you want to save on driving time.
