12 miles, 1800' elevation gain. You'll need a whole day for this one but it's truly one of our favorites. At the end, Lake Aloha is a pristine, beautiful lake that you can swim in, then sunbathe on these giant rocks next to the lake. During mid-day, there's a boat shuttle that can shave a few miles off of the hike across Echo Lake (the first lake you'll pass), but we've never actually caught that on time.
A 4 mile hike, 1700' elevation gain, incredible views! Trailhead is near Inspiration Point near Emerald Bay so parking can be a hassle.
