Welcome Toast
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Most of our guests will be arriving on Thursday, and to kick off the festivities, we’ll be hosting a welcome toast at one of the resort's bars! This will be a wonderful opportunity for us to greet you before the big day. While the event is optional, feel free to join us at your convenience after enjoying dinner at one of the resort's fantastic restaurants.

Ceremony
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Cocktail Formal Attire
After the ceremony you will be escorted to a bus that will drive you down the road to Xcaret Park where you will walk to the reception venue. The walk to the reception can be a bit uncomfortable in heels so we will be providing flip flops to every women as they exit the bus!
Cocktail Hour, Dinner & Party Time!

Brunch

The morning after, the newlyweds will be curing their hangover with the brunch buffet on the resort. This will be a wonderful opportunity for us to recap on such an incredible night with you. While the event is optional, we would love for you to join us if you're up to the challenge.
Unwind Saturday
11:00 am - 4:00 pm
For the remainder of Saturday, we will be unwinding and recovering by the resort pool. Please come hang with us!
