Mother of the Bride
My mom has always been my rock. Her hugs are the kind of comfort that makes everything feel okay. She has a way of making any place feel like home just by being there, and she has shown me what unconditional love looks like through her constant support, encouragement, and quiet strength. I am endlessly grateful for her heart, her guidance, and the love she has poured into my life, especially during this incredibly special season.
Mother of the Groom
My mom has been my constant source of love and reassurance, supporting me through every stage of life. She has a unique way of pushing me to be my absolute best while always making me feel completely supported and never pressured. I am so grateful for her steady encouragement and for the way she has championed me since day one.
Father of the Bride
June 2, 1959 – February 20, 2024 My dad was one of my greatest supporters and truly one of my best friends. He always believed in me, and I treasure every memory we shared. He loved Kasen so much, and I know he would be so happy to see us start this new chapter together. Even though he’s not physically here, I feel his love with me every day. I know he’s smiling down from heaven, celebrating right alongside us.
Grandfather of the Groom
I’ve lived with my grandfather for as long as I can remember, and he has taught me more about life than words can say. By watching him, I’ve learned what it truly means to live a life of generosity and service. He is always looking for ways to help others, and I am so honored to have his example of selflessness with me on this big day.
Officiant
Savon has been a constant and meaningful presence in my life since he became my youth pastor in 9th grade and has walked closely alongside Kasen and me since we began dating in 2021. He has been a true source of light in our lives, guiding us closer to God and strengthening our faith together. Savon baptized both of us and led us through premarital counseling, helping prepare our hearts for marriage. We are so thankful that he is officiating our wedding and supporting us every step of the way.
Grandmother of the Groom
Living with my grandmother has been a blessing, as she is the ultimate role model for compassion and care. She has an incredible heart and always goes above and beyond to ensure the people she loves are taken care of. Her nurturing spirit is something I admire so much, and I feel so lucky to have grown up with her love.
Maid of Honor
Julie has been my best friend since 4th grade, and no matter where life has taken us, our bond has remained unwavering, even after she moved to Tennessee. She has been my constant, my safe place, and my biggest supporter through every season of life. I always knew she would stand by my side on my wedding day. It means the world to have my lifelong best friend as my Maid of Honor, especially knowing she was always my dad’s favorite friend of mine.
Best Man
Born only two months apart, Markell is my cousin by blood but has truly been my brother by choice. He’s my best friend for life and has been by my side through everything. So many of my favorite childhood memories involve him, and I’ve always tried to mirror his positive, wholesome outlook on life in my own.
Bridesmaid
Ash is my only sister, and I am so grateful to have her supporting me on such an important day. From the very beginning, she has been by my side, and our relationship has only grown deeper and stronger over the years. Our dad always emphasized the importance of staying close, and his love laid the foundation for the bond we share today. Having my sister with me as I step into this new chapter means so much to me.
Groomsman
Luke and I have been best friends since 4th grade, and we’ve shared a bond through sports and video games for years. He is easily one of the funniest people I know and someone who isn't afraid to tell it like it is. Except for that one time at Camp Grady Spruce when he pushed a cactus in my face, our friendship has been nothing but great memories!
Bridesmaid
Mike, Kasen, and I have been inseparable since sophomore year at A&M, forming a friendship that quickly became family. Mike’s loyalty, joy, and constant presence have made my college experience incredibly special. I am so thankful for the friendship we share, and for the love and laughter she brings into my life.
Groomsman
Aditya is one of the most caring and supportive people in my life. While we’ve been friends for years, our bond grew even stronger as we navigated our finance degrees together in college. He’s been a constant throughout the stress of exams, and honestly, there is no one else I’d rather carry through our finance classes!
Bridesmaid
Suhani may be one of my newest friends, but it didn’t take long for her to become one of my closest. Our friendship formed so naturally, and Mike, Suhani, Kasen, and I have created so many meaningful memories together. I am so grateful for her friendship and the joy she brings to my life.
Groomsman
Amit and I have the kind of steady, genuine friendship that never wavers, no matter how much time passes. We can go months without seeing each other and pick up exactly where we left off like no time has passed at all. He's a chill guy that you can always talk to about anything.
Bridesmaid
Hannah was the very first person I met at Texas A&M, and from that moment, I knew I wanted her in my life. We had the best time studying abroad together, making unforgettable memories while visiting France, Germany, Switzerland, England, Italy, Belgium, and Ireland. I am so thankful for her friendship and for all the seasons of life we’ve walked through together.
