Will there be transportation at the end of the night?

Answer

Yes, we will provide a party bus that will take guests from the Palm Event Center to The Hilton Garden Inn, starting from 9pm to 12am.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes, if you need to hitch a ride with someone at the end of the night, you may leave your car at the venue overnight.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us :)

Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before the 3:30pm start time. Also, please take into account that the ceremony is on Friday and there will be traffic.

Summertime in Livermore, Ca. can get fairly hot. Ranging from the 80's to 90's.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

During cocktail hour, we'll be serving House Sangria and a Lemonade Cart along with passed hors d'oeuvres and an appetizer table. During the reception, there will be a salad course and a plated entree. Followed by a late night snack of pepperoni pizza and margarita pizza .
