In the week leading up to our original wedding date (March 21st), the city, state and country were shutting down. Friends, family members and bridesmaids were being stranded in their home cities and we had some tough decisions to make. We chose to stay the course and live boldly rather than be guided by fear. We both felt strongly moved by the Lord to go ahead with our original marriage plan. We said “I Do” and made our covenant to each other, with God, in the presence of our parents and pastor. It was an intimate ceremony in an empty church and it was perfect. Finally, the time has come for us to share our marriage with the rest of our loved ones!
