Prospect park is our favorite park! It has the best view of the city, and is close to Brown University, The Rhode Island School of Design, and Thayer Street. Also, it is where Jaclyn's ancestor, and the founder of Rhode Island, Roger Williams, is buried.
THIS. This is the best part of Brown University. This gorgeous campus has welcomed the "Lamp/Bear," or Dennis's "friend," to the Simmons Quad when we both lived in Providence in 2016. Take a walk down Thayer Street, grab a bite to eat at Andrea's greek restaurant, then walk a little further to see this interesting art piece.
If you are in the mood for a sweet or savory breakfast, look no further. Both the Fraser's and Brush's love heading to this restaurant for breakfast. We recommend the Breakfast Burrito or Italian Eggs for savory, and the Custard French Toast (featured on the food network!) for sweet.
There are so many great breweries in and around Providence. Long Live, Crooked Current, Union Station, Smug, Revival, and Proclamation to name a few. Trinity and Foolproof are definitely our go-to place to have a good beer. We recommend the Captain America or RI IPA at Trinity.
