Bride
Jaclyn met her lovely bridal party in a variety of ways, and they have all become a key part of her life. Without her girls she would be lost, and there isn't another group she would want to stand by her and celebrate her marriage to Colin.
Groom
Colins' bridal party consists of two lifelong friends, one "embrace the suck of the infantry life together" friend, and a handful of work boyfriends. This wedding wouldn't be as chaotic as it will be without these men. Also, free security. What a motley crew.
Maid of Honor
Gabby and Jaclyn met when they were in elementary school at field day. They raced each other in baby hurdles. Since then, they might as well have been sisters, since everyone thinks they are twins anyways.
Best Man
The other half of a whole idiot when paired with Colin, also one of the two spectacular people that Jaclyn and Colin's son got their middle name from. Michael is also known as the "embrace the suck of the infantry life" friend.
Bridesmaid
Jaclyn and Katie are the most reckless when paired together, make questionable decisions, get spontaneous lip tattoos, and are always ready to mouth off. (An even deadlier combo when paired with Lexi, Molly, or Nicki).
Groomsman
C.J McQuade, a legendary, bare chested marine and Texas Ranger, prefers to work alone and break rules in the progress. When his daughter is threatened by a gang of ruthless gun smugglers, McQuade sets out on a personal mission to bring them down hard.
Bridesmaid
Jaclyn and Molly met at work (surprise, surprise), and quickly became very close. Molly would read Jaclyn's tarot cards every night at work and tell her time after time that she needed to leave her then toxic (ex)relationship because better things were coming (i.e. Colin), and in exchange Jaclyn helped Molly with getting IV's on her hard stick patients.
Groomsman
Mike and Colin have been friends since middle school, starting from what can only be described as “prison rules football” during lunch to now 40lb board games.
Bridesmaid
Lexi and Jaclyn also met at work (wow another surprise), and also connected quickly. They have celebrated the end of relationships (boy we died on "boy bye night"), went out to dinner with our other friends (hello $800 bill), and had early morning breakfast dates and puppy snuggles with baby Thor.
Groomsman
Sergio and Colin were each others opposite sides of the Delaware housing unit at work. Organized chaos at its finest with these two. Sergio is unable to keep a straight face around Colin, no matter the circumstance (work included). Do not allow these two in a serious setting, you will regret it.
Bridesmaid
Paige & Jaclyn met in nursing school, they suffered through LPN year together, worked together, watched each other have babies, and have remained best friends even though they are 400 miles away. (Thanks for that Isaiah).
Groomsman
Colin and Ben have known each other their entire lives. Ben has known Colin through all of the stages of his life and has always been a large part of his life and vice versa. They have watched each other grow and build their own lives, have sons of their own, and now Colin bugs Ben to do IT support routinely.
Bridesmaid
Jaclyn and Devon suffered through New Visions our senior year of high school, and that suffering made us the best of friends. They stayed up late frantically texting about projects and tests due the following day, adventured around Boston on a school trip, and have always made time for each other no matter the distance apart.
Groomsman
Colin and Terence's friendship consists of being on the Meme Team and quoting movies at work during what can be described by others as "inappropriate times". Anytime Colin and Terence are in the same area as something going wrong, Jaclyn immediately assumes it's their fault (innocent or not), since they are always up to no good.
Bridesmaid
Nicki and Jaclyn again met through work, but on opposing shifts. Quickly Nicki and Jaclyn went on many adventures, got food late at night hours away because they wanted DQ, went out to drink with Nicki's sister Savannaha, and most importantly, Nicki helped move Jaclyn out of her apartment in the middle of the night (1am to be exact) and move her home when she needed it the most.
Groomsman
Colin met Luke at work. Colin would stare at Luke while he was working, and would ask if he needed any help and how was his night going. "No I'm good thanks" was the answer for months, which progressed to team shenanigans.
