When should I RSVP by?

Answer

A formal invitation will be sent out in early February. At the same time RSVPs will open on the site. We kindly ask that you RSVP by 3/31/23 for both the Welcome Dinner and Wedding.

How do I know if I have a plus one?

Answer

If your Save the Date envelope was addressed to “Your Name and Guest,” then you have a plus one for the Welcome Dinner and Wedding. In addition when RSVP’ing on the site, it will show if you need to RSVP for yourself and a guest. Please do not bring a plus one unless specified on your invitation. Reach out to us with any questions.

While we love the kiddos, we will not be having any kids at the Welcome Dinner or Wedding. Thank you for your understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Absolutely! Please see our Travel & Lodging page for details on local hotels. We highly encourage you to stay as close to the venue as possible for your convenience.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is! There will be ample parking available. Once you enter the venue, the parking lot will be to your right.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please do! When RSVPs open on the site, you will be able to note any special requests for both events.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive at 3:30pm to the venue. There will be delicious sun tea for our guests prior to the ceremony! The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, we will not be offering transportation to and from the venue. If you are unable to drive, we recommend you stay at one of the hotel options that is walking distance from the venue. If needing a ride, we recommend scheduling Lyft or Uber in advance. Otherwise, please note there could be a long wait time to be picked up. There are also taxi cab companies listed on our Travel page to contact.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, we have a dress code for the Welcome Dinner and Wedding. Please see the Schedule page for more details. Note that most festivities will take place outside on the lawn. For women, we recommend wearing a sturdier heel or flats. For all guests we recommend a sweater or jacket for the evening.

Are there any COVID requirements?

Answer

At this time there are no COVID requirements. Guests do not need to wear a mask or show proof of vaccination. We do highly recommend that all guests get vaccinated and boosted for their own health & safety prior to the Wedding.

What is the address for the Welcome Dinner and Wedding Ceremony?

Answer

The venue for both events is Gardener Ranch (114 W Carmel Valley Rd). Please note: When mapping to our venue, please type out "114 W Carmel Valley Rd" in Google Maps. If you search by "Gardener Ranch," directions will map you to the back entrance of the venue and will show as a longer drive.
