Question
What date should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by August 1, 2025 using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab on the menu above. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume that you are unable to attend and we look forward to sharing pictures with you.

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children welcome?
Answer
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children in our family who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! For our littlest family members who will be in attendance, all children 16 and under must leave by 8:00 pm; with the exception of the Bride and Groom's niece and nephews.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Once the ceremony begins, no guests will be permitted to enter the Greenhouse until the ceremony is finished.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of beige/white.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony is fully indoors and our reception will be a combination of indoor-outdoor, weather permitting.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We have reserved rooms at Best Western Plaza Hotel Saugatuck and AmericInn by Wyndham Douglas/Saugatuck. There are countless other resorts, inns, bed & breakfasts, and family-owned motels/hotels as well as AirBnb/VRBOs in the area that we also encourage you to take advantage of!

Where do I park?
Answer
Our venue has free on-site parking. You may leave your vehicle overnight if need be but it must be picked up the following morning. A limited shuttle service will be available at the end of the evening to those staying in Saugatuck.

Is there a shuttle available?
Answer
Yes! Old Harbor Shuttle will be available before the ceremony to shuttle guests to the venue as well as in the evening to shuttle guests back to their accommodations. This shuttle is available to anyone staying in the Saugatuck/Douglas area. Please note that parking is available overnight at our venue. We ask that our guests use our shuttle service or carpool if they enjoy our open bar.

What do I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be dearly missed! If you can not attend the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly.
