Are kids allowed to attend the wedding?

Ceremony and Reception are adult only events. We would love to see your children any other time this weekend.

Can you bring a plus one?
Answer
Your invitation will indicate if you have a plus one. If you did not get one in the invitation then NO additional guest will be permitted.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal Attire. Per tradition, please refrain from wearing white, creams or ivory.

Will the wedding be outside?
Answer
No. The ceremony and reception will be indoors. If weather permits, cocktail hour may be outdoor.

How to get to the venue?
Answer
Drive, Uber/Lyft or Shuttle from the host hotel, the Blackstone. South Shore Cultural Center is straight down ( or up ) Lake Shore Drive. It is 25 minutes from downtown Chicago ( or host hotel The Blackstone ). Depending on traffic. Please leave yourself enough time as the reception will start promptly at 4:30.

How do I get back home at the end of the night?
Answer
For end of night departure, we strongly suggest reserving an Uber beforehand as this area is less busy than downtown.

Will there be a shuttle
Answer
A limited space shuttle will be provided from the host hotel - The Blackstone for event arrival only. This shuttle will only be taking one trip with a departure time of 3:30pm. Please communicate with the bride and groom if you plan on taking shuttle. Please understand with travel time and capacity spots are limited.

Guest arrive begins at 4pm. Ceremony promptly begins at 4:30pm.

The venue as two pay to park public lots. Please leave time to find a spot and pay the meter you decide to drive
