When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 11th 2026. We kindly ask that you respond as soon as possible so we can finalize plans with our vendors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow time for parking and seating.

Where is the wedding venue?

Answer

The wedding will take place at The Venue at Seymour Farms in Brunswick, Georgia. 850 Pennick Road, Brunswick, GA 31525

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn. Cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor, and the reception will be indoors. Please plan attire accordingly for the weather as it most likely will be warm.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be listed on your invitation or RSVP. Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only listed guests attend.

Is transportation provided to and from the venue?

Answer

Guests are responsible for their own transportation. We recommend renting a car or using rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft. Please see the Travel section for additional transportation suggestions.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, parking is available on-site at the venue for guests.

What is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is Brunswick Golden Isles Airport (BQK). Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) and Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) are also great options with additional flight availability.

What is the attire?

Answer

Cocktail attire is suggested—dress up a bit, but keep it comfortable. Dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates are perfect, and suits or nice slacks with a button-down work great. Ties are optional. Jeans and sneakers can sit this one out.

We’ll be celebrating with an open bar and a selection of light bites and delicious BBQ from Valley Smoke Restaurant.
