What will the weather be like?

Answer

For out-of-town guests, here's what to expect weather-wise in Rexburg during April: Prepare for cool, brisk conditions with daily high temperatures gradually climbing from around 51°F to 61°F. Nighttime temperatures will range from a chilly 29°F to a slightly milder 36°F, so pack some warm clothing.

What should I wear?

Answer

Guests are kindly asked to formal attire and to avoid the color white. Our wedding colors are blush rose and sage, and we would love for guests to feel welcome to incorporate these tones if desired.

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking for our wedding is convenient and complimentary. Free parking is available in the lot behind the venue. We kindly ask that all vehicles be moved by midnight to prevent any potential ticketing or towing.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, our venue is fully wheelchair accessible, with an elevator available to ensure all guests can comfortably navigate between different levels.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, of course. Your health and comfort are very important to us. Please include any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. If you have a severe allergy or additional questions, feel free to reach out to us directly at (714)-335-9673 so we can ensure everything is handled safely.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

At this time, we will not be providing transportation between the hotels and the ceremony venue. We recommend guests plan to drive themselves or arrange transportation in advance. Parking will be available at the venue, and ride-share services are also an option.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’ve done our best to thoughtfully include plus-ones where appropriate. If your invitation includes a guest, they are more than welcome to attend with you. If your invitation does not include a plus-one and you anticipate needing one, please reach out to us. We’re happy to chat and see what we can accommodate.
