The craggy outcropping known as the Blowing Rock balances 3,000 feet above the floor if the Johns River Gorge. Legend has it that an Indian brave leaped off of the rock only to be blown back to his lover after she entreated the gods for his return.

The Glen Burney Trail is 1.6 miles long and considered a moderate hike. The trail is filled with steep steps, twisty vines, and waterfall views.
