Men have the option of wearing a tuxedo or formal dark suit, white shirt, and tie. Women may wear a floor-length gown, fancy cocktail dress or dressy pant suit. The wedding ceremony will take place on the grass- so plan footwear accordingly.
Yes- parking is permitted in any of the spots in front of the hotel.
We love your kids! But we want you to have a kid-free, take-your-shoes-off-on-the-dance-floor, sling-another-drink-back kind of night! Please leave your children at home! If you need a night-of babysitter in the Blowing Rock area, please reach out to either Jennifer Barnaba or Lisa Rider to coordinate.
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30. Please arrive and take your seat no later than 4:15.
Yes - our ceremony will take place under the Willow tree, followed by a reception under the lakeside tent. The tent has sides and can be heated, but please dress warmly. It gets cooler in the mountains at night.
