Rehearsal Dinner

5:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Anything goes! If you want to be more comfortable, do so! T-shirts, basketball shorts, sweat pants, etc. are fine for this event. If you would like to elevate your look, do so, but know it is NOT a requirement.

The rehearsal dinner is for the wedding party and immediate family. Please dress comfortably for we might need help moving things around to ensure our day is perfect! Dinner (obviously) will be provided; curtesy of the Groom's parents. Dinner will begin about 5:30 PM. For our folks in the wedding party arriving out of town, do not hurry. We will have dinner waiting on you once you get to the venue. After dinner, we will address who will walk with who and run through the transition sequence a few times. We have a specific song that will need to be rehearsed for the bride to walk down the aisle. It might take a minute, but stay patient. After the dinner and rehearsal, you are free to leave with the party. For the bride's party, we will have a fun night of board games, movies, snacks, and last minute prep. For the groom's party, you will spend a fun night of playing video games, Magic, and DND if you choose to do so. We are so excited to have you guys with us!

The Smith-Calvert Wedding

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

This event is church attire. Please wear something you would wear to church. We ask that everyone refrain from wearing white. Dark/fall colors are preferred. Please do not wear bright colors.

We are so excited you're here! Please feel free to check out our venue upon your arrival! There are so many beautiful attributes to the venue. Restrooms are located in the reception hall. Go past the bar area and turn right immediately after. Please park towards the back portion of the gravel lot. This ensures no vehicles are in the way of our photographs. You are free to drive up to the buildings and do drop off as needed, but please move your vehicle afterwards. This is an unplugged ceremony. Please put away cell phones and cameras and enjoy this beautiful union in real time! There will be PLENTY of time to take pictures with the bride and groom after the ceremony. Please silence all cell phones upon arriving at the pavilion for the ceremony. If you have any questions, please refer to our FAQs.
