Want to request some tunes?

Answer

Here's how: 1. Go to http://www.ultimateentertainment.cc 2. Find the Guest Request System button in the middle of the page. (Hint: look for "if you are a GUEST click here". 3. You'll need to know our date (Sept. 21, 2019) and the password C&H2019 From there you'll be taken to a list where you can search through the catalogue or search for specific songs using the search information on the side bar. Please keep in mind that we do have limited time for music and your song potentially may not get played. We do hope you get to hear your favorite song though! There should be information on most requested songs, and it will show you what you're requesting on the left side of the page. Can't wait to see you out on the dance floor! :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our guest list is pretty large. To ensure you have parking and a good seat try to arrive between 30-45 minutes before our ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you were invited and your invite stated plus one you are more than welcome to bring a date. If you're invite did not state plus one but you need one please give us a call or email us before RSVP-ing. If your kiddos are asking to bring their significant others and it wasn't stated on your invite they could bring one please refrain from adding them to your RSVP. Our guest list is very large and we cannot accept more than what's on our list in case of weather related issues moving us inside the venue and because we gave the caterers a specific number for meals. Thank you!

Are kids welcome?

We should have plenty of space for kids! They should be included on your invite but if we forgot someone or you still aren't sure please email or call us.

PLEASE PLEASE tell us if you have allergies so we can make sure your experience is enjoyable and you can eat. Call or email us to let us know.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony has limited parking behind the church. Please allow those spots to go to handicap and families will small children. There is parked across the street at the university and a multimodal ramp east of the church 1 block. There is a large parking lot in the front of the building for the reception. There will be some handicap parking but we ask that if you do not need special accomadations for handicaps or small children that you park towards the back of the lot to ensure there is closer parking for those with extra need for it.
