For reference, the venue is in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Surrounding neighborhoods such as Downtown Brooklyn, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Gowanus, Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope (and others) are just short cab rides to and from the venue.
