The sooner the better, but please be sure to do so no later than August 10th, 2026.
Yes, you must use the link to our unique reservation website to utilize our group room block. To find this link, please go to the "Hotels & Transportation" tab on our website and click the "View" button under the hotel you would like to book. Reservations made directly through the generic hotel sites will not be grouped with our block.
We would love to see everyone dressed in their very best, so the dress code will be black tie optional! Please wear dark colors, and ladies, please pull out your long dresses.
We love all of our friends’ and families’ children! However, due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate all of our guests’ children. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!
At this time, we are unsure if the Cathedral parking lot off of N 17th Street will be available during the ceremony due to anticipated construction. We encourage you to park at one of the hotels listed on our site and utilize the shuttle transportation provided by the couple.
Yes, there is a parking garage directly under The Crystal Tea Room in the Wanamaker building that you can enter through S Juniper Street or S 13th Street. Hourly and daily rates are posted at the entrances and ticket kiosks.
There will be shuttles transporting guests from the hotels to the ceremony, reception, and back to the hotels at the end of the night. The first shuttle will leave each hotel at 2:15 PM sharp. The last shuttle before the ceremony will leave at 2:30 PM. *The shuttles will not return to the Cathedral at the end of the night.*
Because we are lucky to have so many friends and family in attendance, shuttle space is limited, requiring us to get started early. The Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul is also a popular tourist attraction, and we encourage our guests to take some time to observe the intricate art work throughout the space. Fun fact: Pope Francis gave mass here on September 26th, 2015.
If you find yourself exploring or joining us for the send-off breakfast, you can walk to the main entrance of the Notary hotel, follow the hall all the way to the end, and exit to cross the street directly to the Marriott. Although it’s not “shorter” it allows you to walk a block in air conditioning.
Unfortunately, Philadelphia has a homeless population and you may see some people sitting on the sidewalks around the city. We know that this can sometimes be a bit jarring to see, which is why we want to mention a wonderful organization in Philly called Project HOME. If you see someone that you believe to be homeless and feel inclined to help them, please do not approach them directly. Instead, you can call 215-232-1984. This will connect you with Project HOME’s Outreach program. After you give them the location of the person you want to help, they will send trained volunteers to check on them, offer them food and water, and/or a ride to a shelter, if the person chooses. It is available 24/7, super quick, and you do not need to wait for them to arrive if you call. We want to thank you for caring about the people in our city and much as we do and we hope that this gives you the peace of mind to enjoy the rest of the festivities!
