Due to few guests arriving on Friday, we have decided to cancel the Meet and Greet and plan to see everyone at our wedding on Saturday.
We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invite. Thank you for your understanding.
While we love children and wish we could invite everyone, we must limit the amount of children invited and unfortunately cannot add to the guest list.
Please RSVP by July 15th, 2022 so we can plan accordingly. If you’re having difficulty finding your name to accept or decline your invitation, please try to enter another variation of your name (ex. “Amanda” for “Mandy”). If you still cannot find your reservation, please call, text, or email Jackie or Brad for assistance.
Please refer to the bottom of the HOME page for detailed information regarding the COVID-19 safety policy and vaccination requirements.
The dress attire is black tie optional. Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required.
The check-in time at the Hampton Inn is 3:00PM. The ceremony begins at 4:00PM and is approximately 20 minutes away from the hotel. Our shuttles will leave the hotel at 2:45PM and are only able to complete one run to the venue. Our transportation company is unable to push back the time of pick-up so please plan accordingly. The hotel is unable to guarantee an early check-in, however you are able to check-in after the wedding.
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time so we can begin. Feel free to arrive earlier and take a walk around the winery!
Shuttle services will begin at 2:45PM at Hampton Inn in Warrenton. There will be an early shuttle leaving the venue at 9PM. Last shuttle will be leaving at 11:15PM.
Parking is free and you can park in the main lot to the right of the venue. We will also be including a shuttle service to and from the Hampton Inn hotel, but please let us know if you plan to use these services so we can accommodate those who will need transportation.
The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and cocktail hour will be held both indoors and outdoors. The reception will be inside the ballroom.
We are having an “unplugged ceremony” meaning not only are we expecting guests to not take photos, but we are asking for all phones to be turned off or on silent during the ceremony. This is to ensure our photographer and videographer are able to capture our intimate moments without guests’ cellphones in the photos. Feel free to take out your phones during the cocktail hour and reception!
Guests will head to the cocktail hour where we will be serving hors d’oeuvres and our signature drinks.
For those of you from out of town, expect early September to be hot (potentially 80-90 degree weather).
