Eventide Oyster Co.
Famed for its lobster roll on an Asian-style steamed bun, this small, spirited Old Port seafood destination also offers crudos, ceviche and sophisticated twists on New England classics, plus a raw bar with local oysters. It's ultra-popular and doesn't take reservations, but house cocktails, beer and wine help ease the wait for a spot at the bar, communal tables or teeny sidewalk perches.
