Shannon & Jack highly encourage everyone to explore vacation rental platforms (ex: AirBNB, VRBO) while looking at where to stay. In the past, these platforms have been much more affordable than hotels for those willing. Otherwise, look at the recommended hotel in the next line down!

Please note, the rates of each room in the link provided are CAD, not USD. The wedding couple will be staying at this hotel starting July 8th. Airport To Downtown Transportation

Vancouver has an easy and safe rapid transit rail from Vancouver Airport (YVR) to downtown Vancouver called the Canada Line. Use this instead of renting a car or a rideshare app. This method is much cheaper.

No Need for Rental Cars

Unless you are planning to do activities outside of Vancouver you do not need to get a rental car. The city itself is walkable and there are Ubers/Lyfts everywhere.
