FAQs

Question

When should I arrive at the Trolley Barn for the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00pm, but we advise arriving before 3:30pm to secure a close parking spot and a good seat inside.

Question

What is the dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The dress code is formal (color encouraged) for the entire event. For example, a suit and tie for the men, or a long dress, dressy suit, or formal cocktail dress for the ladies. The ceremony and cocktail hour are planned to be held outdoors (unless weather is below 55 degrees or the forecast calls for rain) so coats are optional but recommended, with Atlanta winter weather turning on a dime.

Question

Are the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all held in the same place?

Answer

Yes! The entire event will make use of the Trolley Barn.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you have a plus one, it will be annotated on your wedding invitation and when you go to RSVP online.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes* *There is street parking all along the venue, as well as in the nearby MARTA station. The venue does not have a dedicated parking spot, but there is no shortage of parking nearby.

Question

What if I have not received my wedding invitation?

Answer

Please reach out to the family of the bride or groom if it is past September 1st, we can send a digital version your way. Probably we have an old address (because you're one of our military guests, and you've moved since we sent out save the dates).

Question

I'm in the military, should I wear my uniform?

Answer

Please don't. We (the bride and groom) and you (fellow servicemember) get enough time in the uniform as is. If you are in the Navy, definitely don't. Losing may be your color, but it doesn't match the vibe of the wedding.
