On the first day of college at the University of Dayton, we both ended up at an engagement party that we were both invited to (thank you Alden and Alex). We like to say it was fate, because after we met, we realized that we were both from Frankfort, Illinois and lived across the street from each other at home, and never had met before. A year later, we started dating, and we have been together ever since! After graduation, we had to navigate living apart for a few years, Jack in Grand Rapids and Patricia in Chicago. Throughout these years, we planned many trips, and made a lot of memories, specifically in Puerto Rico! We were able to experience the best place in the entire world, make loads of memories, eat great food .... and drink a lot of Medalla! Eventually, Jack moved back to Chicago, and a few months later, Jack planned a date night, which ended up with him getting down on one knee! In March, we are looking forward to bringing our family and friends to our favorite place in the entire world ... and to drink more Medalla! Thank you all for being apart of our love story!
