On our three year anniversary trip to Rome, Nicole had one mission: recreate a TikTok she’d seen of the cute rowing boats in Villa Borghese. Jack had a slightly different mission… propose without Nicole finding the ring she’d been actively snooping for all week. (Spoiler: it was hidden in his shoe. Because he knows her.) We took a little boat out onto the lake, with a harpist literally playing Can’t Help Falling in Love in the background, subtle, right? Nicole was busy living her influencer dreams and taking approximately 4,372 photos, while Jack sat there getting more and more stressed, just waiting for her to put the phone down for five seconds. The moment finally came. The phone went down. Jack got down on one knee… on a boat… which honestly deserves its own round of applause. We both cried, Nicole forgot how to speak, and instead of saying yes she simply shoved her hand out like, “You know what to do.” We’re so excited to celebrate this next chapter of our lives with you.
