Question

I have a car, how should I get to the wedding?

Answer

The Gadsden House has a 329 East Bay St. address, and faces East Bay St, but you'll want to park and enter from behind the building, on Alexander St. We recommend entering 33 Alexander Street into your GPS, to most easily access parking and the rear entrance. As you turn onto Alexander Street, you will see a small brick church on your left. Take a left into the metered parking lot just past the brick church. As you enter this parking lot, you will immediately see a restaurant called Saffron Cafe. To the right of Saffron Cafe,is the main entrance to The Gadsden House. There are plenty of metered parking spaces that accept both cards + change. If this lot is full, you will need to pull out of the parking lot, turning left. You will need to circle the block and when turning back onto Alexander Street, enter into The Gilliard Center parking garage on your right. The garage takes credit cards upon exit. You will see a gate with greenery which will lead you into The Gadsden House.

Do I need a car?

Answer

Charleston is a very walkable city, with limited parking. We recommend using Uber/Lyft as much as you can. Downtown, where hotel blocks and the wedding are located, is 12 miles from the airport.

Are kids invited?

Answer

No. This is an adult event, but please let Natalie know if you are traveling with kids. She has several trusted sitters she can refer.
