When should I RSVP by?

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have registered REI for outdoor adventure gear and are working on a registry of other items that will help make our house a home. Please check out the registry tab an for individual items but also the "other registry" tab. If it's not up when you first check, please check back in a little bit. Please do not feel obligated to give a gift. Your prayers and/or presence is more than appreciated!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive a little before 1pm, probably by 12:45 at the latest.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are having a Catholic Mass. Please consider this in your attire choices.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation indicates "& Guest," a date is most welcome. If not, we'd prefer your presence alone. Thank you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your invitation says "& Family," please consider your children more than welcome! We welcome children of close family members.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know of any special requests by the RSVP date. We get it and want to do what we can to make everyone feel included!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no specific shuttle to the event but the reception site, The Rainbow Room, does provide free shuttles home. Information will be available during the reception. Please note that the reception is about 30 minutes from the Ceremony site and downtown Plattsburgh/where recommended hotels are. Possibly consider carpooling.

When does the reception start?

Answer

The reception will start immediately after the wedding. There is about a 30 minute drive to the Rainbow Room in Altona from the church. Snacks and drinks will be served while the wedding party has pictures taken. Dinner will be formally served at 5pm.

Is childcare available?

Answer

There is no specific childcare available, however if you are traveling out of town and need a sitter, please contact Marianna, She would be happy to provided trusted recommendations.
