I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please let us know of any allergy or dietary restriction on your RSVP so we can be sure to have food to accommodate you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 5:00 PM to find your seat before the ceremony begins.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be two pick up points from Hotel Viking and the Brenton Hotel, as well as shuttles back to both locations. SCHEDULE TBD

Is there Uber?

Answer

We’ve had great experiences with Uber in Newport and they can be fast and affordable. During peak hours, there can be a longer wait, so please schedule ahead if you plan to Uber to the wedding ceremony.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with a few limited exceptions. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
