Kick off the festivities downtown at the Hammetts Hotel with drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and fresh house made pasta. SHUTTLES - walkable from downtown hotels 6:00 PM pickup from Wyndham 9:00 - 9:30 PM return to Wyndham

Ceremony + Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: Garden Formal — Please plan your footwear for a ceremony and cocktail hour on a grass lawn :)

SHUTTLES: We’ll be picking up and dropping off from Hotel Viking, Wyndham Newport Hotel, and the Brenton Hotel / Newport Marriott Hotel & Spa. CEREMONY 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm Please arrive by 5:00 PM to find your seat before the ceremony begins. COCKTAIL HOUR 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Join us for drinks and hors d'oeuvres before entering the reception. RECEPTION 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm Please be sure to let us know your meal preference and any dietary restrictions when RSVPing.
